Fraud review process

If you have placed an order which has been flagged as “fraud”, it can either be indicative of that we received some incorrect information with your order, or that a high risk-score was calculated by our 3rd party service based upon criteria of your order. If this happens to you, please open a support ticket and we will work with you to assist in validating your account and payment information, with the shared goal of being able to provide services to you, if possible.
